Are you confident discussing treatment, building relationships, and helping patients move forward with care?
Cedar Dental Care is seeking an experienced, dependable Treatment Coordinator who wants to grow into a key leadership position within a modern, established dental practice.
This is not simply a front-desk position. You will guide patients through important treatment decisions, coordinate complex cases, and directly influence the success of both our patients and the practice.

What You’ll Do:
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
  • Explain financing and payment options.
  • Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment.
  • Coordinate Invisalign, implant, cosmetic, and comprehensive cases.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up systems.
  • Help keep provider schedules productive.
  • Create a warm, organized patient experience.
  • Track case acceptance and treatment-conversion results.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and the front-office team.

Schedule:
Full-time: MON-SAT with 1 weekday off.
9am -6 pm
